Join Morrison & Foerster’s Government Contracts Remote Learning Series as our group provides a monthly overview of the latest topics in government contracting. In each webinar, one or more attorneys from our group will explain the “why” and “how” of a particular legal problem, and lessons available from recent case decisions that inform how best to navigate it. The series will focus on issues that government contractors and their legal teams often face, tailored to the current landscape and circumstances.
Topics include constructive changes, export controls, bid protests, disputes, cybersecurity, key compliance issues, M&A transactions, and more.
We will provide a CLE certificate of attendance whenever possible and other materials to use in seeking continuing education credits.
